VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR UPDATED FEEDGOODFACTOR WEBSITE

The Scottish Government is running a campaign in January to help women in Scotland with breastfeeding. As part of this, they are producing a website which will have lots of helpful advice on breastfeeding for new Mums. They’re also looking to capture real Mums’ stories – whether they’ve found breastfeeding easy, or a little tricky. They’d like to have some of these stories just as text and some as film.

They’re looking for a range of Mums from different ages and different levels of experience of being a Mum – ranging from those in the early weeks of feeding their first newborn to those who have had different experiences with two or three children. They would like to represent the range of locations and ethnic backgrounds within Scotland so we can ensure the site is as relevant as possible to Mums currently living in Scotland.

Attached is a summer for potential participants and details of how women can nominate themselves or find out more information.  If you know of any women, could you pass this email onto them and send contact details to Lynne.Nicol@scotland.gsi.gov.uk by FRIDAY 19 NOVEMBER or sooner if possible.
